PROMOBERG | VIRTUAL TOUR
MAIN GALLERY
The impressive main gallery leads to both exhibition halls and all the services and facilities provided by the Trade Fair Centre.
Great attention was paid to detail when the central gallery was designed and built.
The arabesque marble floor gives the entrance a prestigious and elegant look, and the extensive windows give the area a luminous and welcoming atmosphere. The modern and stylish design of the furnishings are immediately evident at the entrance desk, the main reference point which provides visitors with all the information they may require.
ENTRANCE
This area includes an area which is covered by a wide canopy roof, the main reception desk, eight ticket collector booths, the cloakroom and luggage deposit, the main hall, the offices which support the main administration department and the access area for the operational and management offices which are located on the top floors.
The hospitality staff are fully equipped with electronic cash-registers, network computers and internal telephone systems which allow them to quickly and competently handle the flows of visitors and guests.
OFFICES
The offices are located on the top two floors, one covering a total of 730 square metres and the other a total of 850. They can be accessed internally or externally using two elevators and three staircases.
The first floor hosts the technical department, the promotions office, the meeting rooms and press room whilst the second floor hosts the management and administration offices, and the conference and meeting room.
CONFERENCES
The Trade Fair Centre has its own Conference Centre which consists in two halls, the first fitted with 440 seats (which can be divided in turn into two halls, each with 200 seats) and the second fitted with 35 seats, both of which are equipped with all the necessary technological services.
The control room is fitted with top quality audio and video systems and equipment to guarantee speakers the best possible conditions during their presentations.
It has eight simultaneous translation booths which are equipped to handle all types of conference requirements, even at an international level, whilst the office unit is capable of managing and organising all aspects of the conference.
REFRESHMENTS
The centre has 5 refreshment points.
An à-la-carte restaurant for 50 guests, and a spacious self-service restaurant for around 200 guests both offer a wide range of hot meals, wines and desserts, whilst the 3 bars located in the halls and the gallery provide an extensive variety of sandwiches, snacks and drinks.
EXHIBITION HALLS
The two exhibition halls are located to the right and left of the main gallery.
They are built to strict trade fair standards and cover an area of 6,500 mq. each, with a net clearance of 48 modular metres and are pre-equipped to supply the exhibitors with complete and extensive services: Drive motors, water, compressed air, telephone and internet connections, which are accessed through the pits in the flooring which covers the entire area with standardised 4 x 4 metre sections, that is one nucleus every 8 metres.
The industrial flooring has a capacity of 3,000 kg and is sectioned into individual exhibitor areas of 4 x 4 metres with a maximum useful height of 7 m. Wide sliding doors allow the exhibitor to easily access his space and assemble all the stand equipment; the Promoberg Trade Fair Authorities also provide use of all the necessary equipment for such work.
Those who do not wish to use their own exhibition equipment can rent the pre-built stands, which are modern, stylish and extremely smart.
The halls are heated, air-conditioned and fully illuminated, and have bars, warehouses for merchandise, toilets and a stereo system.
